Manufacturer’s Warranty for Oakgrove Furniture
Thank you for choosing Oakgrove Furniture. Please carefully read this warranty information as it outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty.
Warranty Coverage:
All of our products are covered by a 5-year structural warranty for the frame and a 2-year warranty for the foam, fabric, zippers, mattress, bed mechanisms, and other components. It’s important to note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents. Any misuse of the product can void the warranty.
This means that while we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty to cover manufacturing defects or faults, it’s important for customers to take good care of their products and use them according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Any damage caused by misuse or neglect can void the warranty, so it’s important to use and maintain the product appropriately to ensure that it remains covered under the warranty.
Oakgrove Furniture offers a 60-month warranty and 24 months from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects, parts, and labour for servicing. If any part of the product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Oakgrove Furniture will repair or, at its option, replace the product without any cost to the owner.
Warranty Exclusions:
Please note that this warranty does not cover:
A. Damage caused by factors not related to manufacturing defects. This includes:
Incorrect installation of the product
Damage due to misuse, neglect or abuse
Accidental damage or damage caused by an “Act of God”
Damage caused by pests, such as rats or cockroaches
B. Defects caused by factors other than normal use or use in accordance with the product’s user instructions and guides.
C. The cost of repairs carried out by non-authorised repairers or the cost of correcting such unauthorised repairs.
D. Repairs when the product has been dismantled, repaired, or serviced by someone other than an authorised Oakgrove Furniture repairer.
Please note that this warranty only covers goods purchased in Australia.
